Welcome to Kabobi, a casual, contemporary place to enjoy exceptionally
unbelievably savory meats, seafood and vegetables made using the century’s old
tradition of Persian grilling.
At the heart of Kabobi's kitchen is Persian born Chef Abbass Shahbazi.
Chef Abbass has built a following for his brand of Persian Kabobs. They are
first seasoned to perfection with herbs, onion and saffron, then skewered onto
foot long flat metal skewers before ultimately being fire roasted over a 1,000
degree grill.
